I believe Blair makes analyst use their days, at least in the SF office.
Not sure about mandatory vacation weeks, but I heard that RBC requires a mandatory 5 days off per calendar year during which you are expected to completely log off.

Mandatory vacation is completely normal in Germany. For example, my MD had to take his remaining vacation from 2021 recently since my bank doesn´t pay out vacation days. Fucked us up quite a bit during the deal process, but hey, at least he could hit the slopes in St. Moritz, good for him.
Baird makes you take a week every six months. They also do mandatory days off if you’ve been grinding too hard (two or three weeks at 100+ hours)
The industrials team gets mandatory days off every month then?
I believe Piper makes you take a full week off after your first year.
