Are there school recruiting teams for FT recruiting?

I’m an SA CB intern at a BB. Want to be more on the capital markets side, so looking to recruit for IB FT. I remember during SA recruiting each target school had a recruiting team at the major banks—is FT recruiting the same? Trying to figure out who I should reach out to. Thanks all
