It’s a nice idea, and there are other similar tools that exist (Datasite Outreach tool comes to mind).
What always comes up is the massive privacy / confidentiality issues if uploading a confidential document to some server. Would likely get blocked by IT and get someone into trouble if they used it.
This is a fair point and something I’ve been thinking about. Need to think through more on how to make it compliant so nobody gets in trouble.
Yeah I would not recommend doing this. It’s an easy way for your firm to fire you for cause if they otherwise don’t want you around. Huge privacy issues.
Right but I don’t think approval would be too crazy if people like / need the tool. It’s build on all the latest and greatest cloud infrastructure (azure) but totally get your point.
