Are your Friday evenings respected in IB?
I was under the impression that Friday nights were generally respected at the junior levels in IB, and around 7-8 pm the workload would slow down - exception being live deals with tight timelines.
However, the last few Fridays have been brutal and the seniors have been forcing the junior team to work until 12, 1, 2 am without a second thought.
Is this normal behavior in IB, or are your Friday nights usually free? Not trying to complain, just aligning my expectations with reality of the shenanigans that really go on at this job.
