I’ve just started as an intern at Arma Partners in London and was wondering if anyone had any details on compensation (I know the base is higher - 60/67.5/75 for analysts, but no idea about the bonus). Also, does anyone have any idea about exits e.g PEs/Growth Equity in London? Is it worth lateraling in a year or staying for 2/3?
