Solid shop imo. Heard culture is very good, mainly focus on hiring ACA ex-Big4. Generalist sponsor sell-sides, touch anything from 50-200m. Roths brand name means they don't have to spend much time pitching and they do sell some quality assets. Base below street but good bonuses from what I've heard. Hours will be the norm as it's banking but I doubt it's abnormally bad or a full on sweatshop. Exits include some LMM PE from a quick linkedin search and some laterals to the likes of Evercore/JPM etc. Think people tend to stay due to culture, have only heard good things abt Arrowpoint - i'd say it's a solid place to start or be a career banker
Agree. Arrowpoint were previously Livingston Partners. Arrowpoint is a good place to close 3/4 sponsor sell-sides in a year as a junior and then try exit if you wish too
Have seen interns at Arrowpoint put on their CV they were at Rothschild and just mention in the interview they were at Arrowpoint. Can get away with a good brand name if you can do that. Other than that it's just LMM as Rothschild themselves handle MM.

Agree on this, but rarely do deals above 100m. Roths gives it a glass ceiling and anything larger they will execute.
Great culture and bonus though.
