At a small firm, yes. At a BB, will help only if family member is MD or above considering your resume is terrible. If you're a strong candidate than yeah u shud be good. I would also add that it depends on which BB.
You still need to be extremely competent to do the job. Doesn't matter if you get in the door or not lol
