Well, I would imagine that the website of the stock exchanges of Hong Kong or China would have a copy of these prospectuses?
I just looked on CapIQ and they have the prospectus for Alibaba, which recently IPO'd on the Hong Kong exchange... I'm pretty sure CapIQ has both English and Non-English filings for most foreign companies.
I don't know why I feel particularly helpful today, but I did a search and the HK stock exchange does provide the prospectuses and filings for all companies listed there.
