Asked to forward to HR

Work for a bb and am wondering what some of you other folks do. Recently I've been getting a lot more emails from college folks or random people, normally I'll answer and network with them whatever. Some have only emailed me asking me to forward their resumes and get in touch with hr. Some of those are great candidates. How do some of you handle that?

I normally have just ignored them but curious about others

Hey bro's, I'm a recent grad looking to break in. I haven't actually started messaging anybody I don't know yet, just my actual friends. How do you guys recommend getting the job done? I mean how can I come across the right way and get my résumé in front of hr? Thanks for any advice

Idk, I would guess your free time is too valuable to teach someone a lesson. If it was someone you genuinely had a relationship with and they were lost, then yea , go ahead and teach them the proper way to do it. But complete stranger emailing and saying "hey forward this" just says to me, "damn, this guy didnt even bother researching on how to go about networking or care enough to have a chat with me first". At the end of the day its up to you.
