Asking for signing bonus after joining?

Hey guys,

So I joined a well known boutique recently in one of their smaller offices in Europe.

The pay is good but I never got a singing bonus and I thought the office I'm joining doesn't pay. But got to know recently a couple other analysts who joined along with me got signing bonuses.

I définitey plan to ask the HR about it. How should I go about it? I plan to send an email touching upon this and ask for a call, and take it from there. But any help on how should I word this conversation, and approach would be very useful. Thanks a lot.

If it matters, it's only been a few months, but the seniors I work with like me and my work.
