Associate 1 - Not on Track Mid Year
I was a lateral hire and this was my first year of assessment. I was told good and bad things during the mid- year -
+ve - team likes me, I am a good fit, I work hard and team appreciates that -ve - I need to gear up, not make silly mistakes and own the projects
The conclusion is that my performance is ‘not on track’. However it’s not official on the system and can change by year end based on my performance.
Has anyone been able to turn around their mid year review by year end?
