Associate at a Placement Agent / Private Funds Group
Does anyone know what the work is like for an Associate at a Placement Agent/PFG in a bank, specifically in project management (rather than distribution)? Believe the focus would be on producing PPMs, investor presentations, DDQs, managing the data room, and responding to investor requests.
Assume that deals typically take 12+ months (in line with fundraising timelines) and I guess the work is primarily front-loaded (production of marketing materials)? Does anyone have any further info on the structure of PPMs and what DDQs involve?
