Associate bonuses ?

I’m an associate 2 at a boutique energy-focused IB. Last year we put all of the A1’s in the same bucket (70%). What should I be expecting when they announce bonuses next month (haven’t gotten any negative feedback so likely mid to upper tier). Thank you in advance. They gave us mid year raises to $180k.

There's a threat on this but generally TC looking to be between 350K - 450K (higher range) for first full year associate comp with base salaries being raised to 175 for A1, 225 for A2 and 240-250 for A3
