They need to change that and give opportunities to AA students.
Transfer to a 4 year and get a Bachelors
There are opportunities - plenty of people with associates degrees transfer to 4 year colleges, many on scholarships, and land IB roles. It's a well-trodden path. But a 2 year degree is not sufficient for IB, as it is one of the most competitive paths you can take.
Funny thing I actually spoke to a VP last week that hadn't finished his bachelor.
With that being said, no.
Idk if your being sarcastic or serious ?

I have met 1 banker at a firm without a degree, but they’re incredibly bright and personable. I have met 2 with associates degrees, but 1 transferred to a semi target and the other got a bachelors from a non target. You need a bachelors to be considered seriously.
If you don't want to put in the work, then you don't get to work in Investment Banking.
