Associate in 2 years - London
Hey guys, just had a question regarding the analyst programme in London. I understand that the conventional path to associate is 3 years long, compared to 2 years in the US. I was wondering whether anyone knows those who made associate in 2 years in the U.K. - given good performance. I think I met one guy at Lazard who made associate in less than 3 years, but how common is this here?
My reason for asking is that I had taken 4 gap years before starting university, and now I’m hungry to progress my career as quickly as possible.
