Associate Lateral Sign Ons
was wondering if Associate lateral sign on bonuses are always in line with MBA Associate / A2A sign on bonuses. For additional detail, my firm does not provide A2A sign ons, so there is not a claw back I'm liable for that the new firm would need to pay out. I thought it was market regardless.
My lateral Asso sign-on / buyout was $85K
