Associate to VP promotion timeline
On average, how many years do you work as an associate before getting promoted to VP? I’m mostly wondering about EBs.

Most places you are an associate for 3 years but I’m curious to hear if anywhere promotes after 2.
3 years (ASO1-ASO3)… however, there are exceptions where promo happens in 2 years for purposes of top talent retention.
Maybe more like 4 or 3.5 years now with A2A? From ASO 0 - ASO 3?
3.5 years out of MBA. Stub year and three full years
