hey guys, just wondering whether you have heard of an associate requiring to take a test in order to get to VP level at an IB? apparently this is standard according to my source, i've just never heard of it but just wanted someone confirm and to verify. what does it entail?

Yes there is a standardized test given to all associates wishing to transition to VP. My firm does this along with all the others. You should be able to find many of the solutions on google. Best of luck.
