Currently at a MM bank (coverage group) in NYC. I've been here for about a year but want to move to a bigger platform given the toxic culture and crappy deal experience. Totally get that now is not the ideal time to move, but trying to see if anyone has moved (MM to EB or BB) this year / if there are any BB or EB associate openings. Cheers.
