At what point do junior bankers start seriously contributing on client / investor calls?
At what point is it normal for junior bankers to start actively contributing on client / investor calls, in terms of actively telling the story and pitching the company?
My bank/group seems to only start allowing this at the associate level (barring one-off requests for specific numbers, etc.), just curious if that's the norm.
