Attaching recs to your resume?
I'm from a target with a mediocre 3.54 gpa, but I have 2 good internships, my own startup and some decent ECs. I'm worried that I won't be able to stand out amongst the "3.7+ with baller internships" crowd, but I crushed my two internships and I have good recs.
Is it taboo to attach a rec or two to the end of my resume or cover letter? The rec from my internship at a boutique IB is really good imo and can really paint me well.
