Australian DCM as a whole and JPM DCM - Competitive space?

Hey guys! Greetings!

I recently went to first round for a DCM analyst role at JPM.

I haven't been able to reach anyone from the team or FIG side. Will be grateful if anyone who happened to know anything about the team could share some insights (ok group? difficult? competitive? culture and leadership? deal flow?).

My previous role was more towards liability management transactions for Asian issuers but I do not know a lot about DCM in Australia. i ask this as from what I see the IB environment in Australia seem to be very different from the mainstream (HK/EU/US). Would really love any form of guidance or insights.

Thank you so much!
