Australian Qualification in I-banking

Hi, I'm just looking for suggestions.

I am an international student studying Actuarial & Finance in an Australian university, specifically ANU (Australian National U). But now, I've been hearing about how dismal ANU graduates perform in investment banking and thinking about transfer. I've been contemplating for a move to U Sydney or U Melbourne, but it's not limited to Australia, I take into account universities in United States.

Nonetheless, it is preferred if I can stay in Australia as my parents probably couldn't afford US education.

So, roughly, what are my odds of landing an investment bank job?

Thanks in advance

Are you talking about landing an investment banking job in Australia or the USA? if the latter, it's impossible. We don't know anything about Australian universities over here, and we have our own ivy kids to take care of. Actually most of us don't even know anything about Australia. Your best bet is to get an IB job in Australia, perform well and then transfer to NY. That has been done before.
