Avg salary IB UniCredit Italia?

Hi there, I am an enthusiastic new joiner. I recently received an offer from UniCredit Italia to join the IB division ..well I did not really receive it yet but, according to what my interviewer told me, I am very close to get the offer. That said, how Will the offer look like??...40k 50k 60k. ..is that going to be an all-in offer?? The interviewer told

me that my position is likely to be “second year analyst”... I am really confused... I understand that these questions can sound ingenuous...however I am not an investment banking guy, not yet at least...rather I used to work as a statistician at a small company for a couple of years and later took

a master in finance. I guessed that deploying my quantitative skills in the way of finance would

have been more rewarding and...

here I am, after a couple approx. 20 interviews (various PE, IB etc..)...UniCredit seems to be the right one..the only one sincerely...But what can I expect. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
