Awesome connection, confused on next steps

[Posted from a throwaway]

Short background: So long story short, I'm finishing up my first year in consulting and I've recently been able to get in contact (brief phone call) with a top c-level guy at a BB. It goes pretty well and he says at the end that he'll follow up and see what the recruiting situation is for ER (where I'd like to be). I follow up the next day thanking him and he responds with a one sentence email that [name], who runs his HR, will call me on monday. HR/MD Guy is copied on the email. I googled HR/MD guy and it seems that he's an MD, but has no linkedin so I'm not exactly positive if he's straight HR or what.

Two questions for anyone to try and interpret although I know this isn't really a standard situation:
-I haven't heard from HR/MD guy so I don't know if he expects me to email him to setup a call, or if he is going to email me to setup a call, or if he's just going to call me out of the blue. Anyone have any thoughts?
-Anyone have any idea what this call might be centered on (i.e. technicals, behaviorals, or if I'm lucky maybe just scheduling an in person)?

I'm so lost on the meaning of this and this is a potentially awesome breakthrough I've had so any help is appreciated.
