AZ Capital Spain

I’m really interested in the Spanish firm AZ Capital, and would love to network with people form within the firm but I’m having bad luck contacting them. I’m an investment Banker in Mexico and would love to make a move to Spain and more specifically that firm. Any help if you know anyone or work there would love to connect. I know that they just opened applications but would love to speak to someone before sending my application.

Ah, networking, the old vine of opportunity in the finance jungle! Based on the most helpful WSO content, networking is key in making a move like the one you're aiming for. Here's a bunch of bananas... I mean, tips, to help you swing into AZ Capital in Spain:

  1. LinkedIn Leverage: Use LinkedIn to find current employees at AZ Capital. A personalized message explaining your background and interest in the firm can go a long way. Remember to be concise and professional.

  2. Alumni Outreach: If you attended a university, check if there are any alumni currently working at AZ Capital. Alumni connections can be more willing to help out.

  3. Industry Events: Keep an eye out for finance or investment banking events in Spain where AZ Capital representatives might be present. These can be great for face-to-face networking.

  4. Referral Request: If you have contacts within the industry, even if they're not at AZ Capital, ask if they can refer you to someone they might know at the firm.

  5. Cold Emails/Calls: This is a bit more of a long shot, but sometimes reaching out directly to the firm through a well-crafted email or a phone call can demonstrate initiative.

  6. WSO Networking Guide: Don't forget to utilize the Networking Guide from WSO Academy. It's like finding a ripe bunch of bananas in the finance forest – invaluable!

Remember, networking is a bit like planting seeds – you need to give it time and care to see it grow. So be patient, persistent, and keep your spirits high. If you need more specific strategies or templates, the WSO Networking Guide is your go-to resource. Good luck, and may your networking efforts bear fruit!
