Back into IB?

I moved into mgmt consulting / operational consulting (tier 2) from an IB a year ago, and am wondering if I somewhat miss it. I remember feeling pretty miserable in IB but for some reason I just have the itch to go back.

Has anyone ever heard of someone returning to IB after spending some time away from traditional finance?
