Back office full time offer vs Front office SA offer
Hi guys, if you receive a back office full time offer and a front office summer analyst offer in the upcoming year, which option will you choose?
If you choose front office SA offer, you will need to give up the back office offer due to time clash and you will need to fight for conversion for a full time job.
Any thought will be highly appreciated!

Absolutely the FO one. Like the other guy said, you can still leverage it if you don’t convert.
FO SA. Also, the "fight" for a FT offer isn't as intense IMO. You're already halfway there, you just need to keep on doing good work, which I assume you've done since you were able to get the SA offer.

If you were able to score a FO SA offer, you're doing something right and you should remove any thoughts of BO roles from your mind. Make them not even an option. It's do or die time, FO or nothing!
