BACKGROUND CHECK - letters of employment

Hi everyone !

Incoming SA here!

For my background check I was asked to submit a letter of confirmation of employment for my three previous internships (all in foreign countries so they could not be reached by phone apparently). I got my first letter then sent it to my next employer as an example - he then copied it verbatim (just changed the name of the company and dates) and signed off on it. Is it a concern that the letters are the same ? I feel annoying asking my previous boss to write me another one since he is high up and very busy. Any advice is appreciated!
