I have a misdemeanor MIP from Freshman year of college (now a civil infraction in my state), and I stupidly got a DWI 5 months later, reduced to a DWVI (basically a lesser charge). I completed an internship this summer (no issues with the background check) and received a full-time offer. Do you think these charges will ding me once I go through a second background check before I start FT?
