Background check - offer revoked??

Hi guys, I got an offer from a BB in London. I'm waiting for the online screening link before they start checking my background. I won't start working for them (it's a lateral move) until I pass my background check. The thing is I got a DUI in 2008 in Spain. Do you think that could be a problem? I have diclosed it to HR and in the papers I had to send to HR (included a CRB form and FSA form). They told me I shouldn't have to worry. But what I'm worried about is with my grades in my CV. I put I was top 5 % when I'm not sure if that is exactly right. Do you they will ask my college if that is correct?? There isn't a proper ranking in my college so it was an estimation. If I'm not in the top 5% I will definitely be in the top 10% so don't think I was lying or anything it was just an estimation! Thank you very much for your help. I appreciate it!!
