Background Check on Job Descriptions?????

Hey guys - I have a background check for a BB/EB. The firm's third-party vendor is using claims to check "job titles and job descriptions." However, most background check companies don't go further than job titles and start dates. Should I be concerned about this? I don't think my boss can recall exactly what I did during these internships, and I don't want to fail my screening. Also might have exaggerated a little bit in the bullet points
