AN1 at a BB. Just got my bonus numbers and came in squarely bottom bucket. Definitely was a surprise since the feedback from my review was positive, but the reason that was noted was speed of work (not quality).
I have a PE offer in hand, and am curious how folks would weigh trying to ride it out for a year (at risk of getting cut) versus making the jump to recruit out.
