Group does very well and sees a ton of dealflow in the MM - UMM Defense / Gov Services space, largely due to their MDs. The two that lead the group used to be heavy hitters at HL ADG before jumping ship to create the team at Baird. Anecdotally, I’ve heard it is VERY sweaty, but you will likely get great transaction experience and not be pitching 24/7.

Do you know anything about the RJ group in DC?
Easily the best IB group in the DC metro. They work extremely hard but pay is top of street. Been killing it lately.
