I am curious about Baird’s reputation in Europe and in the mid-market M&A space in terms of deal flow and opportunities to exit to PE after an analyst stint. It appears they have been growing in Europe these past few years and have had some solid sell-side mandates. Is this a good enough brand / experience to get into lower to mid market PE in Europe?

My understanding of the LMM PE in Europe is that it is dominated by the Big4, due to their size. However I am sure that with Baird's current dealflow and with a solid work experience you should be a competitive candidate.
