I wanted to get some feedback on BAML commercial banking, as well as the commercial associate position. I have an interview coming up and wanted to see if anyone has any tips, advice, etc. What is the job like, hours, pay?

As a commercial associate, you're basically like a mini client manager, going to client calls and supporting the client manager. Day varies, could be out of the office a few days out of the week for client meetings. Hours is pretty much 9-5 and obviously certain days where you'd need to work longer. Not sure about pay though. Are you an experienced or campus hire?
