I was hoping someone would be able to give me some insight into the UK team at BAML, in terms of rep, exit ops, moving to another team in IB after a couple of years and overall culture?
There doesn't seem to be much talk about the team out there and from what I understand the team is very broad, covering all sectors and products as well as doing some corporate broking stuff.

It's one of the largest teams in the London office, and indeed cover all industries and products. However, they don't just do 'some' corporate broking, they do A LOT of corporate broking. Additionally, juniors consistently get crushed. Unfortunately, I don't have any insights on exit opps

Curious too. Pan European Monkey or French Hardo might be able to chime in here?
Dont know much about the team. What I have heard is that they dont work that long hours (compared with CoRe / FIG / Industrials) and they mainly work with PEs for M&A.
