They asked me to confirm grad date after HV a few weeks ago, I did, they confirmed receipt of my email then said I was under consideration, heard nothing since and literally 5 mins ago got an automated ‘your app is under consideration’ email.
Good thread. I also applied, did the HV and then radio silence. I applied very early to be clear. Just keep getting the automated emails every 8-10 days saying that my app is under consideration. At this point I assumed I got dinged, would be very surprised otherwise.
If they asked you for your grad date, that means you probably tried to trick the system, i.e graduated pre-2024. So it is just a silent rejection. I mean same for me. I also hears T.I went out for it

TI is telephone interview, the next step after HV. But my graduation date is fine, yet also didn’t hear back so not sure if your graduation date was the problem here
Erm no… I am a current masters student they were asking to clarify if it was June or July 2025.
Anyone knows anyone who's heard back about phone intervierw at all? Ahah or what kind of profile did they select. I am prety sure they should be out by now since they want to the candidate to start in early January and it is less than 2 months from now.

In my case, I applied a month ago. Then I got rejected after 10 days or so. Then I got a email a couple days ago saying my profile was rejected in error and then asked me to do HV.
I did it a couple days ago, and still waiting to hear. It sounds like TIs or offers are already being given so either my HV date screwed me in that they reviewed others who got offers or or haven’t yet reviewed my HV and will probably reject me.
I am not hopeful
I didn't hear from them at all. Applied to both C&R and Healthcare at the very beginning, immediately after completed the HV and nothing. I'd like to get the rejection email frankly speaking, because the radio silence annoys me even more

I received a rejection for consumer & retail a week ago, and then a few days ago I got an email saying I was being considered for Healthcare (I also got that email asking if I wanted to be considered for it). Unsure if this means I am really be considered at this point or if the email was just automatic.
I am having a first round interview tomorrow, 30min slot online and the slot was scheduled with a vp. What kind of questions should I expect? More about myself and why Bofa kind of questions I guess? Or should I expect technicals?
