Bank of America or Solomon Partners IB Summer Analyst
Hi, I was recently lucky enough to receive offers at both Solomon Partners and Bank of America for 2023 Investment Banking Summer Analyst positions.
Bank of America is obviously more prestigious and has better exits, however, I've heard a lot about how Solomon Partners is known for having a great WLB and you get solid experience from the lean deal teams. Does anyone think that there are advantages to working at a boutique-like Solomon that I may not get working at Bank of America or would make more sense to accept the BofA offer?
