London monkey here. Gonna be in NY for a few weeks with banker buddies. 2 part question:
a) What are some clubs/bars in Manhattan known for being banker hangouts?
b) I have heard of some places in NY that are good for picking up chicks - Output, Hotel Chantelle, Union Pool, Westway, Le Bain, Lit Lounge. Can anyone vouch for these + give any tips/things to watch out for at these clubs? Or any other clubs/bars you can reccommend?

Re cruising for chicks, perhaps you should get in touch with former NYS governor Eliot Spitzer and prospective NYC mayor Anthony "Wiener" Weiner. They are both experts in this field, in addition to being loving husband, father and all-around wholesome family men obviously.
Hotel Chantelle and DL across the street are among my favorite joints in the city. I would say that neither place is a good spot to pick up girls unless you are the cool, artistic type. Bankers are not cool and being a banker with a banker personality is a huge turnoff for girls that frequent these places.
Does your opinion change if the person has a British accent?
