Aim for Barbour, Patagonia, or Arc'teryx. Patagonia is a safe bet.

if you're talking about vests that people who work in IB wear casually, then get the fuck over yourself, just buy what you like.
if you're talking about what companies get embroidered with their logo, my bank's internal page has patagonia & marmot, as well as some no name brand.

Oh well in that case, definitely go for the Vineyard Vines vest with the VV logo on the left side, and the specific group of each person embroidered on the right. That way, the HR girls that they will meet at the bars know they're fratty AND they work in capital markets. Win-win.
