Hi guys. Applied to Texas Capital Bank Summer analyst named "Banking Internship". I actually have a interview/phone screening with HR but I was wondering how this process works? On the job form I put investment Banking as my second choice so I'm not sure how they'll dictate if I get my first or 2nd choice
