Well we all know know that since the pandemic some banks/groups have been absolutely brutal on their juniors. Reading posts about what analysts were going through especially at Goldman and UBS, I would definitely love to learn about banks/groups with good cultures - relatively good hours, very minimal weekend work, nice and supporting senior staff, etc.
