BarCap Analyst E-Mail Regarding Senior Bankers

http://dealbreaker.com/2012/06/barcap-analyst-ide…

This analyst pointed out something in his TMT group at Barclays. Definitely interesting read. What do you guys make of this? Is Barclays not receptive to junior bankers?

This dude is a giant fucking tool. Fuck him for thinking senior bankers with families and better things to do would give two shits about an analyst 'going away party'. Team culture is about getting shit banged out in the office and not killing each other while doing it. It's not about getting together for a circle jerk every time an analyst bolts to another firm.

Haha, actually accurate.
