Barclays A2A Promotion Cycle?
Originally thought Barclays was a 2-year analyst program, but seems like many analysts on LinkedIn got the associate promotion in March, so an extra ~6-8 months. How does comp change for those doing A2A and not leaving after bonuses hit in the summer?
