How many of you all think that recruitment looks at " Add Contact" area of the application? This is where you add a contact or "referred by" Barclays employee information. I was told to input his name and information and I would be "good to go". This came from a high up employee, think VP+. I kind of came to the conclusion that online applications are a bit bogus. Just curious! Thanks!
