Hoping they were at least higher than usual seeing as everyone got wrecked apparently since people left and the remaining were holding the bag.

All bulge bonuses for fy2020 weren’t exceptional due to the optics and that they wanted to lower their comp ratio despite stellar results. Rumor is that 21 will be much better
I hope so. Lots of people I know are genuinely getting crushed and actually holding down the fort for their MDs. I don't think they would survive without them (the volume of work there is) if the last few analysts left unless they jack the pay up. Like I know of one place where 3 analysts at a previous lifestyle group at a BB we're doing the work of a group of now 12. They should be paid accordingly, and it's stupid how it won't be at all
