Barclays.
Not even a discussion tbh, Barclays has consistently been a top 7 player in the UK/EMEA markets with deep historical relationships with large corporates. UBS is decent too but not as strong as Barclays. Not sure why Jefferies are in contention, much weaker in Europe than their US teams.
