In talks with potentially joining the European TMT group and curious to hear latest thoughts on how this team / group is doing - deal flow, type, culture, hours, exits, etc.

Bump for any thoughts - know they had a bit of an exodus at Associate level hence the need for new hires. Hiring freeze whilst still having deals resulted in burnout

Not amazing although do get looks from folks
Problem is the Europe tech / software team isn't great or large so lose a lot of stuff to other banks
They simply cannot compete with GS / MS / JPM tech and software
