We prep materials for the investment opportunity, do financial analysis and due diligence.
We find "best fit" capital partners and contact them on behalf of our clients.
We create a transaction structure and help in the negotiations and closing process.
We provide consulting services to businesses that are considering financial or strategic opportunities
We review and determine acquisition parameters, and will contact candidates owned by PE groups.
We target certain private equity groups to seek a possible alliance or transaction.
